Hi Caroline, You can leave a rating and review by logging in to your account from our homepage or launching the Homes mobile app. Once you're in, just select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to bring up the list of jobs you've posted through us. After that, select the job from the list and you should notice a ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. Our customer care team are also on hand to offer advice and help with any concerns.
