Hi it's in possible to say with out looking , if the roof needs up grading all insulting the walls and floors to bring it up to building regs it run in to thousands best option is to get a free onsite survey many thanks James

I am interested in a house that has a double garage. As the existing bedrooms are small, was thinking if turning garage into bedroom. Can anyone give me idea of cost involved to make it habitable. I am unsure if it is detached or not at the moment. Want to know if it is worth the cost involved. There are already windows at rear and door to side allowing garden centre thanks to advance
