We are buying a house and need to try to budget for the replacement basal render plinth under the front bay window, replacement render around the front porch and re-pointing to one side of the house. It's a 4 bed Victorian terrace in Kent. It's too early to post the job as we're not in yet - just wondered any per sqm guesstimates so we can try to have an idea in the budget.
