Our kitchen window started leaking during rain a couple of weeks back i was off work this week so i thought id have a look and seal it,on closer inspection it looks like we will need to replace the concrete lintel above it as it has deteriorated quite badly what sort of price would we be looking at for this job we live in middlesbrough.
