Hello Rasa, Thank you for your question. Arrange for a meeting at the site and ask him to give you a breakdown on the timescale on what works are left to do. When you have this, implement a penilty clause or £---- per week, this will depend on what the value of the works are. Make sure you only pay for works that have been done, this will enable you to be in full control. Regards Michael
