Utility room conversion

I currently have a utility room that is situated to the side of the kitchen and to the rear of a garage. The walls are brick and the floor is concrete. I am looking to covert this so that it is similar to an internal room and the kitchen that it’s attached to.
I’m looking for the floor/ceiling to be like any other internal room and the walls to be plastered.
How much would I be expect to pay for this conversion??
