Rough price on a extention

Rough price ona side extention currently have a 3way roof wanting it to just be front and back with full cable end extention is around a metre wide by length of house around 85m2 of 73mm engineer bricks and blocks to suit want a toliet at the far side of extention kitchen window removed and placed to rear of the house aswell as 2 new kitchen benches and cooker and sink swaping around side extention looking for a riugh price before a go and see about planning permission extention is going to be the new stairway so this is a double extention

Around £1200 per sq m2

Without seeing plans and Groundworks required it can be bit difficult to give an accurate cost but a full two storey wrap round extension in central scotland where I am from measuring 85m2 would come in approx £80-£100k.
