What trade deals with loft hatch replacements etc?

Came back to flat to find the loft hatch open and several odd things which lead me to suspect someone has been inside my property. Interested in replacing whole loft hatch with secure fire proof alternative as soon as possible.
Also would like to understand what is required to improve insulation as this flat gets extremely hot in summer and very cold in winter therefore suspecting poor insulation.
Have no idea what trade to select as it is obviously not a full loft conversion or anything.
would also like a quote for other work in flat (almost a refurb but depends on quotes how much i can get done so maybe better to go with builders or similar?) though the loft hatch is fairly urgent given someone has been in my property without my knowledge or permission via the loft. Thanks in advance for any advice / assistance.
