Hi Michael, getting three quotes is not always the answer, getting someone that knows how to do the job, sometimes is better to get one quote, and try to negotiate on the price, but get a quote from someone that have done the job previously, removing chimney, is not something that al u need is a man that can use a big hummer, u need someone that know how to support the rest of the chimney on the upper floor ( if any), hope that this helps with your enquiry, Regards Armando LGA Properties LTD
