Time waster tradesman

I paid to post a job a trader contacted me but did not turn up to the appointment nor has he answered my call nor responded to my text.. this trader should not be listed as he is very unreliable how do I report this

Hi Sharon Perhaps you have had a lucky escape, better to find out he is unreliable now than once he has started your job! Re-post your job and move on. Ed
