Side return rough cost

Posted by Matthew Chadburn, on
Hello, im just after a ball park figure for the following. I currently have a 9x3m kitchen extension, tiled floor. I want to open up into the side return a further 2m wide to make 9x5m. This side return will have a pitched glazed rough made of approx 9 1x1.5m glazing of a good quality. The end of the new extension will have an opening for 4m bifold doors across the back. I would just like an estimate for adding the side return with the glazed roof and finished with plumbing and electrics. Ready to paint. No need to quote for bifold dooors, kitchen or flooring as i can work this out separately. Im wondering whether to include the whole 9x5m for a ‘per m2’ estimate or whether it will be the 9x2 addition with a bit of ‘making good’ needed for the original. I live in stoke on trent which is a bit cheaper than say london or SE. I understand prices will differ depending of extent of structural work but any info would be great i have no idea. Many thanks.
