My garage is pebbledashed concrete prefab. The inside walls are inaccessible due to lining, so access is from outside only.
A neighbour has a fence and hedge within inches of the leaking gaps! I could get a brush through the gaps in the hedge to "paint" on a sealant, if, indeed one was available
Are you able to advise anything?
The sealant down the gaps has failed, so has to be accessed derek the outside.
