Cost to remove stud wall and integrated extractor fan in kitchen

Hi, The property I am in the process of purchasing in Northamptonshire has what appears to be a stud wall in the kitchen which the cooker sits against on a slant with an integrated extractor fan over up to the ceiling. To get the best usage of the space I would like to know the estimated cost of removing the stud wall and and extractor fan and making good the surfaces of the walls/ceiling where these are removed from. I also assume there are gas pipes behind the stud wall so these may require moving. Thanks, Kat
