I'd recommend you leave a rating on their profile - this helps other be aware of your experience. You can do so by logging in to your account or launching the Homes mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted. Select the job from the list and then select the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You’ll then be asked to give the tradesperson a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money.
