Hi Coranne, Once you've posted a job on our site, up to three tradespeople can pay for the chance to quote on the work. When this happens, we email you their details and a link to their profile page and ratings. To review their ratings and profile, you'll just need to click the link in the email to view their profile. You can also view the profile and ratings of the tradespeople interested in your job by logging in to your account online from our homepage. You'll then need to select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. This will bring up a list of tradespeople interested in your job and the links to their profile pages where the reviews live. I hope this helps.
