Can I remove a rating and comment?

I have had an awful time with a tradesman which has now resulted in the police being called due to his threats to remove goods from my property. I was so upset and stressed that whilst on this site I left feedback for another tradesman which I now, on reflection feel was a bit unfair a year after the event. Could it please be removed?
