I am ready to open a coffee shop. When I prepare to start to build my shop, I just know that the landlord ask me for the building regulation approval from council. However, all I need to build my shop is: Painting walls, Creating some light stud walls, install coffee bar with electric and water system. I do not need and new doors or windows, do not break the original shop system walls and roofs. Therefore, I want an advise from someone who have experiences about this matter that: do I need to have Building Regulation application to council. Thank you very much for your help.
