How much should I expect to pay a Midlands based builder for the following:-
On a 9" solid brick construction, the enlargement of 2 apertures and 1 new aperture.
First aperture to ground floor enlarge from 810H X 900w to 1130H X 1260 W
Second aperture on ground floor enlarge from 1110H X1000W to 1270H X 1370W
New aperture to first floor 1030H X 1350W
All will require new lintels
Making good interior plaster work.
The new windows will be fitted by the windows supplier.
