Tradesman not been back to faulty work already carried out

Had bungalow rendering patched and painted. Weeks afterwards parts particularly round door started to crack. I texted tradesman who was very sorry and went into detail what he would do to rectify fault. He'd said he would come back beginning of week at no cost to us I've heard nothing more. I messaged him 3 days ago. No reply
