How to get in touch with Simon Horsefield NSR who didn't do a trustworthy job and putting it right has cost us over £5,000. Legal action looks necessary and we'v e made an appointment for Friday. We want to give him the chance to put things right by reimbursing. We asked him to remedy the building faults but he just goes to ground. We have had all problems resolved and passed by the council, bit it's been a great worry for over a year.
