How do I cancel the job even if I have an interested tradesman?

I advertised a job, someone responded but he did not show up. I do not want to rate him but cannot remove the job without doing so which is infuriating.
Also, the category for my job (to lay a patio) is not represented in your drop down list (paving specialist) so I chose builders which is incorrect.
