How do I make a complaint about a company you rated

I’ve used your service to find a building company, they started the project at the end of June. It still isn’t a working kitchen and have had most of my money. They have also damage my drive, front and back lawns. Its been nearly 16 weeks. I would like to know how they can be a rated company.
