Water leak in bathroom and damage done

I ned a quote for insurance purposes of damage to two ensuite bathrooms due to long tyerm watr leaking from toilet. Floor will need to be lifted to assess damage. What type of tradesman do I need to contact for a quote for the whole job of assessing damage and repaining? Plumber doesn't seem to fit the bill. Thanks
