Hi, Did you manage to get back in touch with Guy? If you're still looking to get in touch, you can see their information by logging in to your account online. Once you've logged in from our homepage, select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and click the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and their contact details so should be able to find Guy in the list. If you have any issues with the above, our support team can help. To contact them, email supportatratedpeopledotcom (swapping the words 'at' and 'dot' for the symbol/punctuation) and give them your email address and the details of the job. I hope this helps.
