Diagnose and rectify source of rising damp thro foundations

NEED QUOTE - Two (known) areas of rising damp thro floor of 1984 extension. Need to ascertain whether due to foundation/membrane damage because, for example, of tree roots. Or whether is due to leakage from known water pipes burried in concrete screed over foundation plinth. To diagnose and rectify damage, whatever cause.
