Quotes of improvements based on survey report

We have recently obtained survey report regarding the property we are going to purchase. However, there are a number of issues mentioned in the report. What we would like to know is: 1) the priority of the issues listed on the report; 2) the associated quotes (cost estimates) of the issues mentioned. The quotes produced will be used to negotiate the price before the exchange of contract with the seller.
