How can I Soundproof two walls

Had plasterboard removed from two party walls and replaced with one sheet of acoustic board dot and dabbed,this hasn’t worked as I can still hear neighbours tv on wall bellowing out in my lounge below,also music in their downstairs is loud in my bedrooms 4.30am and shouting swearing

Hi Linda, There are specific sound proofing systems that would need to be installed to prevent this kind of noise. If it is a flat above yours you would need to insulate and proof the ceiling also. These kind of jobs can be pricy but done correctly, will definatley work. @PlusDecorInteriors
