Who do i need. Builder or roofer?

L have a ceiling that needs repairs... the room is 6.3ft by 14ft. There is a whole in the middle from leaking. the Leak has been fixed but the need the ceiling to be fixed. Please give me a qoute with materials provided. Thank you.
