I am looking for single storey extension of depth 3.5m and width of 5.6m. Brickwork on the side walls and dwarf wall in front and double glaze window in front, also insulated roof and laminate flooring. I have following questions
I know that I need planning permission for this project but do I also need structural engineering drawings too as it's quite simple construction. What are pros and cons of getting it done?
I just want to get a very rough estimate of cost of construction based upon above requirements, to see if it's financial viable for me to even kick start planning permission process or not
