A builder I have booked to start 11th march is ignoring all.messages. it's giving me a bad feeling. I feel I should not go ahead with this builder please advise I've asked for a written quote several times slso 2 questions about the job. I phoned him he had to call me back because he was busy I asked the same questions yet again. Still no replies.
