There are 4 old brick outhouses in a single building in my garden, owned by the 4 adjacent houses. They are empty and somewhat dilapidated. The worst side has a wall with lots of mortar missing and has bowed outwards, and there are several missing or slipped slates on the roof. The rest of the building is in passable condition but would need repointing, cleaning, etc.
Roughly how much would it cost to restore the building (if feasible), or how much to demolish and rebuild? At this stage I'm just looking for a starting point to talk about it with my neighbours
