Looking in to whether to build or buy a house. But really wondering how much a 3 bed house would cost me to build so I can work out whether it's worth the hassle. Not looking for anything fancy lounge dining room utility room and 3 beds upstairs. Also have been looking into getting a precast basement. I know this is a bit like how long is a piece of string quiestion but any estimates to help me who be greatly appreciated
