W Need to complain about one of your listed Builders

How to ge a resolution to a problem where my money has been taken for work to be done over 5 months ago and money has not been returned nor has work been done & secondly work tiling in my bathroom has fallen off the wall almost injuring me. and tiles have not been replaced. Falling tiles has damaged items in my bathroom.
