Water damaged ceiling after a leak from bathroom

I had a leak from my bathroom down through to the kitchen ceiling that caused a big bubble in the ceiling. we popped the bubble to realise the water but the ceiling still feels like its cracked and soft. My leak is fixed and the bathroom floor drying out. What trades person do I need to come and fix my ceiling. I'm concerned there is still water or the ceiling might come down.
