I've just received a home survey report & its highlighted a few problems in the loft.
The house was built in the 1970's before regulations called for roof trusses to be diagonally braced, so these will need doing.
The fire board between the gable wall in 'my' house & the neighbour is damaged in several places so will need replacing.
The felt lining & insulation to the other gable wall has failed at sometime in the past & could do with replacing.
The house is in Daventry & I need a couple of no obligation quotes for these jobs to be done, before I continue purchasing the property.
