Hi there , If you ask the tradesman to press the request a rating button on your job lead within his side of the APP your job will still be available for him to see and you will receive an email after he has selected the ‘request rating ‘ . You will then be able to submit a rating by following the link within the email . I hope this helps and works for you . Many thanks
