Hi there. I just trying to budget for a cellar conversion in a home I'm looking to buy. The property is an end of terrace house in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Stairs down to cellar from kitchen already in place. Power and water already running down there. Full height ceiling, so no need to lower floor, although it is a bit uneven so will need levelling. 3 rooms in total, approximately 65m sq floor space. Access either through kitchen or through second doorway leading straight into back yard, where there is space for skip. Parking available next to the back yard's double gates.
