I was recently duped out of £80,000 (and counting) by two builders who have now left me and my children in a desperate financial situation. I am contacting all online sites for builders like yours to alert you to these theives so you know not to advertise their business and run the risk of them doing the same to your clients. Their names are Neil Antony Packman (a serial failed company director) and Zad Leonard McLeod (who was bankrupt in 2016) who is now the sole director of Smooth transformations Limited, based in Hemel Hempstead. I paid for a ground floor side and rear extension and all I got was the foundation only. They took advantake of a single mum and used intimidation and fear tactics to extort money out of me on a weekly basis until I had paid them in full (except for the last £5,000) before they walked off site. They then demanded another £50,000 to finish the job I already paid them for - which I refused. They have now refused to refund me any money paid for work not done and I am too broke to take them to court. So please be warned!
