Recently had drive way done with Marshalls drivesett argent block, this block is not smooth finish it has granite finish 2 or 3mil coating. My paver has used a wacker plate on this without a rubber mat which in my opinion has left marks, the plate has alomost sanded the coating of. My question is should he have used the wacker with rubber mat to protect the newly laid blocks? my paver is adamant hes not damged the paving using metal plate. Please advise as I have alot of blocks with coating sanded of the edges and other parts of the block. Tia
