Hello Linda, The price would really depend on what type of specification your having,ie,is it a flat roof or pitched roof,is rendered block work or face brick work,have you got any big trees in your back garden that would mean your footings would have to be a certain depth,something this small you could probably build on a building notice,check this out with your local council,price wise have a budget of between £15,000 to £20,000.
