1) how much I can extend up to under new permitted development rules without any planning permission?
I have a semi detached house(Leicester). I would like a single storey rear extension.
I have checked planning portal website and that itself is very confusing. Rang the council and told me they dont give advice by phone or email and to check the planning portal website.
