I am thinking about creating some sort of sunroom at the corner of the gable end at the rear of the building. Would only need 2 walls incorporating windows and doors in these and would be built of main building incorporating utility room door. Would ge 2.5 by 2.5 then 4inches above utility door. Is this possible and appprox cost. Would not need power or anything else in it.
