Our builder (not from this site) has provided some lateral strapping to loft. The work is incomplete and generally of poor quality. No packers, poorly anchored to the brickwork, straps left overhanging rafters or too short to extend to the 3rd rafter as specified by our structural engineer. Which trade would be best suited to rectify please.
