In the future I would like to convert attached garage to bathroom & bedroom but for now, I would like to open a doorway between the two.
Does this need building regs? Is it messy (if I didn’t do it now while house is being refurbished, will it be messy later to do it?
I will still need access from back garden to front (take wheely bin etc through garage. What’s best way to do this?
How much will doorway cost roughly?
