How serious are spalled bricks? Two courses above dpc all round the property, and more higher up round downpipes and kitchen outlets, are spalled. Also soffits have peeling paint and rot round soil pipe. All the air bricks have been blocked which I think has caused the problem. If the air bricks are replaced, will that do or will I need to get the spalled bricks replaced as well? How much is it likely to cost, hundreds or thousands?
