I have a old Porch with a sliding door which i want to remove and extend out,
I have called some companies and one stated i cannot go then one meter out as i will need planning permission but there are others on the road that have gone further, the current dimension are 200cm wide by 60cm depth, i want the depth to be at least 150 cm which would be at the 3SQmeters allowed by permitted development.
Whom was correct?
