Damp issues in a bay window and front elevation, in Bispham

We have damp issues in the bay window/front elevation of a 3-bed semi, which has led to new plastering (from the other year) coming away from either side of the bay window and beside the front door. We had cavity wall injected the other year and contacted CIGA, whose representative said that there was no issue with the cavity wall. Could just be that the the window frames need resealing/bricking around the frame and similar by the front door.
