I have a flat roof extension. It is wider than it is deep (about 6m by 4 m) and has a block wall dividing it front to back. I am assuming it is not load bearing but I do not know this. I wish to take some or all of this wall down and open the kitchen to the dining room. The costs guide does not cover this work. I would like to know what price range this work is in. Thank you.
