Can I get some advice on the best way to start this project. The first step seems to be getting drawings done for planning prior approval. ( Required as I already have a loft extensions ). Some architects want to manage the entire project at a cost. However I feel I only need some small help with the design and drawings produced for planning and the contstruction. Can anyone give some pointers as to where to start. Thanks.
