I need to have a rotting window sill removed and a brick tile replacement to prevent weather conditions creating damage.
The aluminium window does not need replacing making the job expensive .I would like quotes to cover the removal of the rotting wood and then putting possibly x6 approx flats brick tiles with mortar to repair and give the window a weather proofed sill adequately installed for now.
I want to avoid having a replacement window so keeping costs low for now and a quote for a complete window replacement has to be within budget not exceeding what I can pay for the job.
